Interactive Theatre

Through the use of theatre, Olefile is able to take participants through an intense process of unearthing individual creative ability to tackle life issues. Using Boal's Interactive or Forum Theatre, participants get the opportunity to Immerse themselve in a deep democratic process of confronting their oppression while having fun at the same time.

These sessions include:

• Proven, theater-based techniques, resulting in an immediate improvement in communication skills and breakthrough learning.
• Intensive practice sessions and role plays using real-life work situations that go far beyond standard presentation skills training.Supportive learning environments that encourage people to take risks, try new approaches, have fun, and stretch in ways they never have before.

 Mentorship:

Mentoring is a powerful way to build trust, understanding and shared values that bring people together. This workshop looks at the following a mentoring plan, types of mentoring, mentoring networks, skills for mentoring. Core skill

CORE SKILLS is a 5 module course that helps professionals, sales staff, managers and regular staff members increase productivity and improve interaction through specific goal-setting, time leveraging, communication, negotiation, teamwork and leadership skills. You can choose to only do one of the selected modules.
